With the Aneros Progasm Prostate Massager, men can have their prostate gland massaged, stroked and stimulated. I bought this prostate massager after reading multiple reviews on several of the massagers available at Amazon. This one is just what the others say. It is large, but with a small amount of lube it inserts easily and hits exactly where you want it to hit. I only wish it vibrated lightly -- but that's a whole different product.

I began my Aneros journey with the Helix upon the advice of my doctor for prostate problems. It did take me some time to get the "hands free" figured out but once I did, the big "Os" were amazing. This brings me to the Progasm. I had the desire for a fuller feeling and the Progasm delivers. Insertion is easy with plenty of lube and relaxation. Once you get the fuller head inserted it just slides right in, directly onto the Prostate and almost instantly the wonderful sensations start. My only difficulty with the Progasm is remaining hands free as it so arouses me it is difficult to keep my hands off of my throbbing, leaking member. Within 10 minutes or so of insertion I am experiencing the joys of being milked and the waves of O's. It is usually at this point that I look down and find my hands wrapped around my member and a huge O soon follows.

Only used it a few times so far. I have to say that I don't know what all the fuss is about the "huge size" because it's just not that large. It is well made, has a good quality feel, and definitely hits the prostate quite well. I won't go into lurid detail about my experience, but I will say it's for sure the best anal toy I have used to date, but not magical. I thoroughly enjoy anal play (of course it's second to lady parts - don't get the wrong idea!:) and this toy is very suitable for use while having vaginal intercourse - makes for some very intense sensations! Lucky for me I have a liberal minded fiance who doesn't mind me playing with butt toys while we enjoy each others bodies. So four stars for being good, but it won't "change your whole sex life." If you like anal play at all, it's a great addition. And don't be fooled into thinking this toy is huge. It's not at all, and if it were any smaller, I would be disappointed. This is the best prostate massager I've ever used and I've used many. You put it in and just relax for a few minutes and you can feel it steadily putting pressure on your p-spot. It is great for masturbation or for intercourse with your partner. Every time you move your hips, it moves too. The pressure steadily builds for a very good orgasm. I got mine for Christmas and I haven't needed to look for a better toy. It really gets the job done guys. Great with your wife while you engage in vaginal sex or otherwise. I highly recommend this product.

I've used the Helix model for over a year and I can't seem to get it to work. I have not experienced any super-Os. So I decided to get the Progasm and give this a try. Its much larger, but not in an uncomfortable way. The fullness of it feels nice. However, again I have not had any super-Os or experienced anything close to that. Perhaps larger was not what I needed. A smaller device may have been the key. anyways the size is not really an issue at all if anybody is concerned. I do not have extensive experience in anal play but I did not have any trouble inserting the progasm massager.

It only took me a week or two to see a big difference in my urine flow and frequency issues. I'll be 64 in April and honestly this product has turned around my BPH to a degree I couldn't believe! Highly recommended!
