Aneros offers several of these in different sizes. This is the smallest and shortest model that they offer. If you are afraid to take the plunge (ha ha), this may be the best model for you. This is not a toy but a scientifically researched medical device. I have the SGX, MGX, and Helix. For me, the best model to start out with would be the MGX although everyone is truly different when it comes to this type of sex toy. I can say that the Helix is quite agressive in making contact with the prostate. It is angled more severly so it presses against the target more firmly. The best advise I can give you is to visit the Aneros web site and research their products. They are unique in their field in that they are research oriented and develop products based on customer feedback. Their products are also made in the USA. Amazon by far has the best prices on Aneros products especially considering their free shipping offer on orders over $25. You can buy a limited number of Aneros products directly through the Aneros web site for full retail and they offer a money back offer. I prefer to take a chance and go for the bargain. In any event, I am glad that I bought this product although it takes time and patience to achieve the intended effects. Hope this helps.
