The Bird Cage is an excellent value for the money. In fact, its probably the only chastity device you can get at this price that does the job and is reasonably comfortable for all-day use. I've worn mine for a week or so at a time and you get used to it pretty quickly. Also, the design makes it pretty easy to clean yourself. The main problem I have with it is its too dang long--at least 2" longer than it needs to be for an average-length guy like me. This means that it makes a noticeable bulge in your pants and doesn't work with all kinds of underwear. The lock, as supplied, has rather sharp edges. I used a nail-file to round the corners after I kept getting jabbed. Now it's fine. Also, I would recommend putting on talcum powder daily, as this will prevent any pinching on the cage bars. Bottom line: still a good deal, but I would definitely consider spending more and getting the Jail Bird, which is not as long and pinches less.
